WFL
Win, Fair, or Loss. A community shorthand used to evaluate whether a trade benefits you (Win), is balanced (Fair), or costs you value (Loss). Use the WFL Calculator to check trades automatically. Related tool or guide
Base Value
The default value of a plant, pet, or item before any mutations or multipliers are applied. Base values are set by the game and form the foundation for all value calculations.
Market Value
The actual trading price of an item based on current demand, rarity, and meta trends. Market value can be higher or lower than base value depending on how desirable the item is.
Mutation
A modification applied to a plant or pet that multiplies its base value. Mutations range from Wet (2x) and Golden (10x) up to Cosmic (240x), Corrupt (250x), and Prismatic (400x). See the Mutation Multipliers Guide for details. Related tool or guide
Mutation Multiplier
The numeric factor by which a mutation increases an item's base value. For example, Cosmic applies a 240x multiplier, turning a 10M base item into a 2.4B item.
Demand
How many players want a specific item at a given time. High-demand items trade above their calculated value, while low-demand items may trade below it.
Liquidity
How quickly and easily an item can be traded. High-liquidity items (like popular pets) sell fast. Low-liquidity items (like niche event plants) may sit in your inventory.
Overpay
When a buyer offers more than the calculated value of an item, usually because of high demand or personal preference.
Underpay
When a buyer offers less than the calculated value. Common with low-demand or hard-to-sell items.
Meta
The current state of the game's economy and strategy. 'The 2026 meta' refers to which items, pets, and strategies are currently dominant.
Cosmic Mutation
An elite mutation with a 240x multiplier — one of the four highest value mutations in Grow a Garden.
Corrupt Mutation
An elite mutation with a 250x multiplier — the second-highest currently tracked.
Prismatic Mutation
The highest-multiplier mutation currently tracked: 400x base value. A Prismatic crop is a different class of trade asset entirely.
Abyssal Mutation
A top-tier mutation with a 240x multiplier, equivalent to Cosmic in value impact.
Weight Class
A pet attribute that affects its value. Heavier pets are generally more valuable and sought after in trades.
XP (Experience Points)

Event Item
An item only available during limited-time events, such as the Alien Apple from the Alien Invasion event. Event items often have premium value due to scarcity.
Seed Tier
